Easy Bite’s Instagram,
handled every month.

A month of finished posts — images and captions — delivered ready to publish. Built on the same brand as your new website, and wired to it, so your menu posts update themselves.

Prepared for Easy Bite Nutrition From Ryan Nicholls August 2026

The part nobody else can offer

Because we’re building your website, we can read from it. Change your menu on the site and this week’s menu post regenerates itself — correct prices, correct dishes, no retyping, never out of date.

Every other social service is someone rebuilding your menu by hand in Canva and hoping they copied it right.

What arrives each month

  • 12–16 finished posts, images and captions both
  • Menu of the week, pulled live from your site
  • Ingredient and supplier cards — what it is, where it’s from, why it matters
  • Your story — the why behind Easy Bite, told in pieces across the month
  • Prep and nutrition tips — the content people save and come back to
  • A private link on your phone with everything ready — tap, save, post
  • Captions written to copy and paste, hashtags included
  • Consistent templates, so month twelve looks like month one
  • Reel cover art for any video you shoot
  • Everything sized correctly, first time, every time

How it works

  1. You send photos

Dishes, ingredients, you at work. Phone photos are fine — real beats polished on food. This is the only thing we need from you each month.

  2. We build the month

Posts written and designed against your brand. Menu content comes straight from your site, so it’s right by definition.

  3. You get a link

A private, PIN-protected page on your phone. Every post with its caption, in date order, ticking off as you go.

  4. You post

Save the image, paste the caption, publish or schedule it. Two minutes a post, from your own account.

Not included

Worth being straight about the edges, so there are no surprises:

  • Professional photography or a shoot
  • Video filming or editing
  • Replying to comments and DMs
  • Paid advertising
  • Access to your Instagram account
  • Posting on your behalf

That last pair is deliberate. You keep control of your own account — we never need your password, and nothing goes live that you haven’t seen. Replies to your customers should come from you, not from us pretending to be you.

Cost

One-off setup
£750 £350
paid once, alongside the website

Designing your post templates, setting up the brand, and wiring the live menu feed from your site. The bulk of the work, and it only happens once.

Then monthly
£295 £175
per month, rolling

A month of posts, written, designed and delivered. Menu content kept current automatically. Cancel with 30 days’ notice — no tie-in.

Founding rate. Easy Bite would be the first business on this service, so the price reflects that — roughly half what it will be once it’s established. In return I’d ask to use the work as an example, and for an honest review if you’re happy with it. The rate is held for as long as you stay on.

What it replaces

Instead ofWhat that costs you
Doing it yourselfTwo or three hours a week you don’t have, and it’s the first thing dropped when the kitchen is busy
A freelancerSimilar money, but the look drifts month to month and your menu gets retyped by hand
An agencyTwo to three times the price, a minimum term, and you’re their smallest account
Not postingThe most expensive option. People check Instagram before they order food.

Next step

If this works, we’ll design your templates alongside the website build so both land together. First month of content is ready the week the site goes live.

Any questions, or want to change what’s in the mix — just say. This is a starting point, not a fixed menu.
